Wonderballs!
In Candy Crush Soda Saga, completing treasure hunts and getting wonderballs is an easy way to get rewards if you are doing well in the game and on a hot streak. I am going to explain what treasure hunt events are and how to take advantage of them as a player.
How Treasure Hunt Works
- You need to beat levels to get to the chest.
- The events if you run out of time first.
- Losing the event means worse rewards.
What Is Treasure Hunt?
First, you find the event in the activities tab near the top of the screen.
In treasure hunt events, a helpful bat named Batula flies around on the world map and finds a chest. You need to get to this level before time runs out. Unlike previous mystery chest events, you don’t need a key.
When you do, you get a reward. A wonderball.
What Rewards Do You Get From Wonderball?
Note level start boosters can sometimes be timed and unlimted for a short while.
- Level start boosters
- in level boosters
- gold bars
- Supersonic Lolly piece
As you find treasure chests, you will start to get better wonderballs. The more you win the event, the better rewards you will get.
About Losing Your Streak
When you lose a streak, you will get worse wonderballs in the future.
You can spend gold to stop this from happening, but I don’t think this is a good use of gold. Since you can just work your way back up.
So my advice is don’t start a treasure hunt unless you feel confident you will reach the treasure chest.
If you know you are stuck on a very hard level or see some very hard ones in the future, maybe just wait. Try your best to not lose a streak.
The event won’t ever lower the rewards unless you lose. So you can wait for easier levels and then start it.
