It seems King has removed Fantastic Five Events from Candy Crush Saga. I have not seen one in a long time.
I will leave this guide up for historical purposes and those that are curious.
If There Is No I in Team Then Why Doesn’t Anybody Do Anything!
In this short guide, I am going to explain what the Fantastic Five events in Candy Crush Saga are. I am going to explain how to use these events and earn rewards from them.
What Are Fantastic Five Events?
Fantastic Five events are team-based. The goal is to earn lots of points and to get rewards. The teams have five players.
You can find the event in the events tab. This button is near the bottom of the screen.
How to Get Points for Fantastic Five Events
There are multiple things you can do to get points in these events.
- Beat Levels
- Finish episodes
- Log in
- Use boosters
You get extra points for beating levels sometimes. You get extra points in these situations.
- Beating levels for the first time.
- Beating hard levels.
- Beating levels with sugar stars.
How Do You Get Rewards in Fantastic Events?
You get rewards for reaching certain amounts of points. Once you get 7000 points, you will have gained all rewards.
You get two rewards before getting the last one. I can’t remember exactly how many points you need to get the first two. But they happen at around 2000 and 5000 points, I think.
What Sorts of Rewards Do You Get From Fantastic Five Events?
The first reward is always one lollipop hammer. The next two rewards are bundles of boosters.
How to Change Your Team?
If you don’t join or make a team, you are put in random teams. The team seems to change after every event.
It took me the longest time to notice that you can create a team or change it if you want. At the bottom of the Fantastic Five screen tab, the join button to create or join teams.
You can create a team and set it to be public or private and invite people. You can also join any public team.
My Team Won’t Do Anything!
If you are stuck on an inactive team, there are a few things you can do.
First, you can just earn all the points yourself. Doing this is very hard as this will require a lot of time and beating hundreds of levels.
You could just do nothing or don’t care about the event. Eventually, you will be put on a different team.
The most active thing you can do is to change teams or create one.
What Do I Think About Fantastic Five Events?
I think the events are neat. I feel the best way to experience the events would be to make your own team. With five people doing a little every day, everybody would not need to earn too many points.
I feel the rewards could be slightly better, seeing how much effort the event takes.
